The main www.xorble.com web site does not collect data, track or allow comments. When customers subscribe to the Xorble Software as a Service (SaaS) offer then user information is recorded to enable billing. This includes contact information including name, email and subscription information.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in to the Xorble Software as a Service (SaaS) web page, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information.

Who we share your data with
We share billing information with the Azure Marketplace. We currently do not share information with other organisations.
Billing Data
We collect telemetry data from clients and store this in a UK based Azure data store. The telemetry data is shared with the Azure Marketplace in order to perform billing for use of the service. Telemetry data includes the device identity information (device ids), CPU cores and memory information.
We currently do not share information with other organisations.
How long we retain your data
Telemetry data will by default be kept for 12 months and then deleted. Billing onformation will be held while a Subscription is active. When a Subscription is deleted, then Subscritpion related contact information will be deleted after 6 months.
What rights you have over your data
If you have a Xorble Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription you can request to receive an exported file of the personal and telemtry data we hold about you. When a subscription finishes, you can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you although this will be done within 12 months of terminaion regardless. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
